Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, not including shipping times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges are $5 per order and will be shipped via USPS. Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Update this section if ship to countries outside your home country.

 

Returns Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, unless merchandise is damaged upon arrival. In such cases, take photos within 24 hours of receiving the damaged merchandise and email customer service at YourMelaninMagic@gmail.com.

There are no refunds on hair services. If experiencing issues with style, the style will be fixed, FREE of charge. If client declines  the offer of correction of the style, no refund will be issued.
